Service Standards

GTA Inc. adheres to and endorses the following SERVICE STANDARDS:

  1. All adjusters have met all professional qualifications as required by the Insurance Act of Ontario;
  2. All adjusters are current with industry issues relating to claims matters;
  3. All adjusters, while acting on behalf of their principal, will perform all duties in a professional and courteous manner;
  4. All adjusters will promptly advise their principal of any significant developments and will provide regular written reports;
  5. All adjusters will follow directions received from their principal;
  6. All adjusters are committed to the delivery of superior customer service;
  7. All adjusters will not commit to coverage or liability without approval of their principal;
  8. All adjusters will strictly adhere to Statutory Accident Benefits Regulations;
  9. Greater Toronto Adjusters Inc. has an established privacy code and is committed to protect personal information as required by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
